This is awarded to a game that has gained popularity in the European gaming sector, and which was launched to market in 2023. The winning slot game should demonstrate profitability, return visits, time at machine, and spend per player per visit. Individual games that are part of a multigame offering are also permitted to participate.
Best New Innovative Product
Awarded to a company that company has adapted their product and service offering through the pandemic, while also taking into consideration the general technological developments involved in this process.

Nominees will be required to produce supporting evidence or references.
